First of all I have to tell you that getting skinny is not only about you not eating these two things and then everything else is fine.
There are a lot of things you actually shouldn’t eat to lose exceed weight, but there is no point in being hysterical. Skipping eating everything at once would probably have the opposite effect of losing weight, and I think the only thing you benefit about from skipping eating is anorexia, and this is very unhealthy for you.
So you should eat each day for losing weight, you just need to eat the right things to get skinny the healthy way.

The 2 Foods to Avoid for Getting Skinny
These two foods is not a part of any secrets, they should be well known as bad for weight loss but if you don’t know it then read on.
1 – Breakfast Cereal
Maybe you haven’t considered it but breakfast cereal can be a threat to your health. The cereals are high on the glycemic index (GI) and to many people a dose of high-glycemic carbs in the morning is the way to build excess body fat.
To compare this with something we all know are unhealthy is by showing you that the GI in a Sneakers bar is around 43, a cake have around 32-38. The GI in Kellogg’s Corn Flakes have around incredible 132, which means corn flakes is faster than pure glucose to break down into sugar in your bloodstream and losing fat is not going to happen by this.
And I don’t know about you, but corn flakes taste rather dull/dangerous without sugar, so the GI goes way up when you’re sending the pile of sugar into your system.
Insulin is the hormone that sends the message to build & store fat, and high blood sugar triggers a wave of insulin.
This is a thing to remember when you are in a hurry in the morning and goes for the easy and I agree most of the cereals taste well, but it will with guarantee give you the opposite effect of losing weight.
2 – French Fries
First of all French fries taste damn good but I’m afraid to tell it is probably the worst food to eat for getting skinny.
When you take vegetables that have a high-glycemic-index and deep-fry them in trans-fat, you are doing your body no favor with both your weight and the health, especially if you eat French fries often. Baked potato or sweet potatoes are loaded with vitamin c, potassium, fiber and carotenoids and a way better alternative.
These two foods are not the way how to lose weight and personally do I visit McDonalds from time to time and also eat French fries, but I stay away from eating it very often and you should also. Remember these things are not doing you anything useful, especially if you do not want to get skinny fast.
