  1. What a wonderful blog and I especially like this post. I get so sick and tired of people telling me I should not drink coffee. There reasons are many. Some think it increases blood pressure, increases stress, disrupts sleep, and so on.   2. I wake up with a cup of coffee, socialize in coffee shops, and relax with a cup of coffee. I won’t pretend that there weren’t many times I worried about the amount of coffee I consume. I probably have 4 or 5 cups a day, not excessive I know, but that’s 7 days a week, 365 days a year, no breaks at all. It’s nice to read that coffee consumption isn’t harmful, but it is especially so to read that it is actually healthy. Thanks for putting my mind at ease.
