Eat Fiber for Your Wellbeing

Oatmeal and whole meal bread and in general fibers are healthy and good weight loss food and you should eat fiber simply because of this.

Fibers from bread, fruit and grain can appear as almost having cleansing potential and clean out your system for carcinogenic. Besides that fibers can make you feel full longer, thanks to their ability to draw water for itself and boost digestion.

Fibers probably stabilize your blood sugar, inhibits infection and have a positive impact on the body’s cholesterol balance.

Fibers practically don’t break down in the body, so they almost don’t contribute to the calories and that is good for losing weight


There are two kinds of fibers

The water-soluble which binds water to itself, causing the food to fill more and prolong satiety, this type is found in for instance fruits and vegetables.

The second type of dietary fibers is insoluble in water, but still sucks water though. The fibers increase the rate of digestion of food and are found primarily in whole grain and grain products.


How much Fiber?

Adults should have 25-35gram of fibers each day.
