You probably already know water might be the magic tool to your body, otherwise you wouldn’t consider the question “How much water should I drink to lose weight?” right?
And you are of course right.
Water is the holy grail for our body to function.
Even though some people actually hate to drink water each day they also know our body need water, and especially if you want to lose weight a bit faster than usual.

You still want to know how much to drink each day and I have to tell that I switched the measuring from ounces to liters.
Approx. 60% of our body consists of water, so water is essential for all of the body functions. The constant fluid excreted from the skin, lungs and bladder means the body must be filled up with approx. 2 to 2.5 liters of water each day.
There is approximately 1 liter of water in our food, which means you should drink about 1.5 liter during the day, even though you should take account of doing sport, the heat, if you sweat a lot of things which means you should get more water.
You shouldn’t exaggerate it though, because your body will get a fluid need it doesn’t have. This will strain the kidneys and risk essentials vitamins and minerals are eliminated.
Best advice is to drink water when you are thirsty and old people who don’t feel the thirst need should implement a drinking routine of water to keep water in the body.
Coffee and tea contain water and aren’t that diuretic as once though so if you like most people get around to drink a lot of this, it will help you store water in the body.
No need to use calculator because you just need to drink about 6-8 glasses of water each day this is just a guideline but it do work as a general guideline and if you drink coffee or tea then 4-6 glasses of water.
