Most people tend to look for a solution how to become skinny fast when they decide to lose weight, right?

But the same people are many times struggling to lose weight because they are …not changing anything in their life!

They look for a diet to help how to make one skinny, but many times those programs are just not the right ones.

We have all seen the programs ads about losing 20-50 pounds in 10-14 days, but what those ads don’t tell you, is losing weight too fast can be dangerous if it isn’t done properly.

In my opinion is weight loss not something you achieve very quickly even though there are ways how to get skinny fast in a week. The best solution would be to go for a month or even better, more months.

Scary part is that a lot of people think they can achieve weight loss very fast, and they turn to the term how to become anorexic or bulimic. It is not healthy for anyone not even if you want to be model skinny. Stay away from starvation that is a one the very unhealthy ways to lose weight for your health and wellbeing.


20 or 30 pounds weight loss would be more realistic in 30 days or more unless you are skinny in the first place, because as stated it can be dangerous for your overall health if not done properly….. Lose all the water in your body, and it will begin to break Down!

  • Drink plenty of water because water is one of the most efficient ways to lose weight – 4 to eight glasses in total.
  • Eat three major meals and 2-3 snack meals during the day. At clock 8:00 10:00 12:00 15:00 17:00 19:00. Breakfast is the big meal of the day and should consist of fibers that are long-lasting carbs, some healthy fat for instance nuts and some yoghurt. Some people suggest eating vegetables that are a bit weird for me to eat in the morning, but maybe you like it for breakfast.
  • Do high-intensity exercise and don’t rely on fat burning supplements only – High intensity will give a rapid weight loss fast.
  • Diet drinks are dangerous because they can stop you from losing weight (read this article about why diet drinks are bad from Menshealth.com) – Therefore drink an equal amount of water right after a diet drink to flush your system.
  • Lift free weight and do it a lot. It is the best exercise to lose weight because it is increase metabolism and burn fat naturally because you get lean muscles
