There are three kinds of body types and besides ectomorph there are the mesomorphs who are naturals at building muscles with their athletic body shape. The problem for people like Johnny Bravo, Anna Kournikova, and Jessica Biel who all are mesomorphs body type is, even though it is relative easy to gain and lose weight, they need to look at their calorie intake compared to ectomorph.
The last body type is endomorphs which are generally soft and solid body types. Endomorphs will gain fat very fast because of a slow metabolism.
