Why do you want to have a weight loss?
Do you want to look sexy or just a bit slimmer?
Do you want to lose weight because you believe or think you should do it?
Will it just make you feel better?
If you are wondering why I am asking this, it is because your reason to lose weight must be so convincing that you’re able to be persistent.

You will improve your health as a reason to lose weight.
You probably already know overweight can give diabetes, cholesterol, your blood pressure will be high, risk of strokes and the list continues. But if you lose weight you reduce these things significantly.
If you’re overweight, you are naturally going to look great when you lose weight.
As humans our appearance in society NIL us and if you feel like you look great, you are naturally going to project that feeling onto your looks!
So how you feel you look is a reason to lose weight you should take in mind.

Sleep is necessary for weight loss even if it sounds stupid. But when you lose weight you will improve the way you sleep to the better, so getting proper sleep is a superb reason to lose weight.
You will improve your energy A LOT. If you have overweight, you tend to have less of energy to do anything.
If you are at average weight, you have much more energy to do all things like doing sports; participate in activities you usually don’t participate in because you don’t feel like you have the energy for cardio workouts or other fat burning exercises.
Your sex life will be better, because with more energy you improve your natural desire.

You’re an Example
If you have got kids or likes, you should be an example to follow.
Kids don’t do what you tell, but what you do most of the times.
You are the responsible for how things should be done, and you are the one who should learn them these things.
