Yoga was originally about meditation and as such your happiness of your body is an important factor for your wellbeing. I will spare you for a long meditation speech, but would like to say yoga doesn’t only focus on the physical aspect of the body.

Yoga is also an exercise that achieves the stillness of the mind, so both the mind and the body creates a sense of stability and balance.

What yoga does so great for your weight loss is when burning fat, yoga doesn’t only target one area but your entire body. That way can make you burn fat a lot faster, and at the same time yoga helps get rid of the toxins, stress and negative feelings that make you sick. Not only does yoga help burn the fat, but doing the various postures in yoga, you improve your endurance and tone your muscles.
